This is my basic template for my web design unit its inspired by a website i discovered. I feel the grey slight gradient with the not full black font, makes a contempary website which is the perfect platform for displaying my work.

UPGRADINGS

Right after working pretty hard i'm now on 228 points which is DDM
So what i need to focus on:

Unit 1 - Get a distinction = 12
Unit 10 = Distinction = 6
Unit 39 = Distinction = 12
Unit 34 = Distinction = 12
Unit 43 = Pass = 6
Unit 3 = Distinction = 6

doing this adds up = 54

228+54 = 282

Gotta get my head down tomorrow........

Narrative update

I've spent the whole day upgrading my Narrative, which i've now got full distinctions in. Buzzin.
This takes my overall grade up to MMP. I'm hoping to get a DDM by the end of the course.

Vintage end of year show!!

Tonight is our end of year show, where the majority of us have around 4 pieces of on display.
The Room about a month ago was nothing but a cluttered oil painting room is a poor state. As a group we worked to turn it into Degree standard gallery and here are some shots:

Unit 42- M1= Present my final designs and analyse, annotate concerning constraints and communication.

RETRO

Unit 42- D1= Show how i have used my research to create informed finals that are exciting and advertise the product well.

D2= Develop and present my final in response to constraints in advertising and review how i have done this.

Unit 43- P2= Annotate all the pages of research.

D2= Present final out comes and analyse in depth and present advanced digital manipulation.

M2= Experiment with different layout techniques
M3= Present and review my outcomes
D1+D2= Present my Improved front cover and spread. show how i used sophisticated techniques to create an individual outcome. Review confidently why my outcomes are successfull.

Unit 34- M1= Use typographic terminology in my annotation and examples.

M2= Show how i have tackled legibility issues in my designs

M3-4= Create alternative page layouts and analyse

D1= Demonstrate how my Narratives are individual and linked to my research that result in individual ideas and outcomes.

D2= Present my final ideas showing an individual use of drawing techniques (my pen and ink) and how i've used technologies.

Inspirationial

John Kenn was born in Denmark. He writes and directs TV shows for kids, but in his spare time he makes creepy illustrations on Post-it notes. Makes me wanna make more time for my drawing, doodling and sketching.

Half Term

This half term I've got several aims:

1. Work up my grades, focusing on the units that need the most attention

2. Help convert the Oil Painting room into a Gallery for our final show

3. Amend FMP

4. Visit Halls

I've now got my halls and mananged to secure a little £325 wedge off my Nan & Grandad to pay my deposit which is a touch. In all honesty i cant wait to get up to london and start my new Higher Education.

Ron English

Is the creator of the new Chris brown album art, which caught my eye when i was browsing itunes
He's an American contempary artist, suprisingly born in 1959 which makes him ermm...52
52 years old and he's knocking out art like that.

University Progression

Well, i finally got on a course, the FDA at Lcc.

And i got accepted at my first choice halls, so in the end it seems to be working out.

Joe Fenton

After studying sculpture at Wimbledon School of Art, Joe has worked for several years in the film industry as a concept designer and sculptor for directors like Terry Gilliam and companies like Disney and Miramax. Her personal work, executed in pencil and ink, are inspired by some of the early Surrealists like Hieronymus Bosch and Breugal.
